THE COMPANY (INCLUDING ITS DIRECTORS, KEY MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES). YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWELGE AND AGREE THAT THE COMPANY OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY SHALL NOT IN ANY MANNER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU TO THE COMPANY.

3. physical, physiological, and mental health conditions;

5. medical records and history;

Users must note that any information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy and the Company shall not be obliged to take any measures to protect the same since the same is freely available in

the public domain.

Please note that identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to the Company. We do not and will not, at any time, request Your credit card information/debit card information/

financial pin numbers and passwords etc. If the Service is available to access by making a payment of a subscription fee, then such information (only to the extent necessary) shall be collected by the third-party payment gateway directly as engaged by the Company without any access to the Company. User shall then be governed by the terms of use of such third-party payment gateway. The Users are expected to read and fully understand the privacy policy of such third-party payment gateway before sharing any information with such third-party payment gateway. You agree and acknowledge that Company shall not be liable or and in no way be held responsible for any losses whatsoever, either direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential/ special, including without limitation any losses due to due to delay in the processing of payment instruction or

any credit card/debit card/banking fraud. You can file any complaint related to the payment processing by writing to us directly at support@Kableone.com and the same will be forwarded to the concerned third-party payment gateway provider for redressal.

I. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED

II. HOW THE DATA IS COLLECTED

We may also obtain information collected by cookies or similar technologies (as described below), through contests and promotions held by the Company, newsletter subscriptions, enrollment for promotions, campaigns, special offers, surveys, feedback, analytics, research, information posted in social communities on the Service, etc. or otherwise

shared on the Service.

We may retain information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to honour your data deletion request, for our billing or records purposes and to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to destroy or deidentify personal information in a secure manner when it is no longer required.

VI.DATA DELETION/SUPPORT

1. If You do not consent to any part of the privacy terms herein or wish to withdraw consent to process Your information then You may stop using the Service and ask Us to remove the Your information from Our records by writing to us at “Mr. Dhanpreet Singh, Grievance Officer” on the email

grievanceofficer@kableone.com. However, if you withdraw, We might be unable to provide certain services.

2. You may also request to know or edit information about yourself stored with Us by writing to the Grievance Officer on the aforesaid e-mail ID.

3. You have full control regarding which emails, push notifications, and text messages You want to receive.

i. If You decide at any time that You no longer wish to receive such text messages from Us, please write to Us on the e-mail ID grievanceofficer@kableone.com, instructing an Opt-Out. Please note that once We receive Your request, it may take an additional period of time for You to opt out to become effective.

j. Email: - If you no longer want to receive certain communications from us via email, simply click the "unsubscribe" link in the email. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from service-related correspondence from us, such as messages relating to your account transactions.

k. Push Notifications: - You can choose to receive mobile push notifications from the Company. You will be automatically enrolled in the notifications on some device operating systems. If You subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can use your mobile device's settings functionality to turn them off. We also offer push notifications on certain web

browsers. If You agree to receive those notifications and subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can use your browser’s settings to turn them off.

l. WhatsApp: - If You no longer wish to receive WhatsApp messages in connection with your account, then You can use the “opt-out” mechanism available on the welcome message sent by Us, reply STOP or You can either use Your WhatsApp application settings functionality to block.

5. These terms of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Karnal, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly permit any person who is under 16 years of age to register or to provide any other personally identifying information. Please do not register with us if you are below 16 years of age. If we become aware that any Personal Information of persons less than 16 years of age has been collected on the Platform without verified parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete any such information.

Persons under the age of 18 may utilize the Kableone Service, they may do so only with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
